hockey (coaching, playing and being ‘team doctor’) and is a Pipe Major.
Dr. Philip A White - a UK medical
graduate, has been in clinical practice for more than 30 years, as well as
spending many years in medical administration.
An internationally known lecturer in health care economics and
longevity, Dr. White is also an experienced pilot, avid squash player, and
