Putting it All Together

With all of the studies that have already been completed, and with corroborating data continuing to pour in, there is little doubt left that HGH is the best defense so far against the aging process - the biggest bullet in the armamentarium.

Dr. Chein and Dr. Terry have produced an abundance of data detailing the efficacy and the safety of HGH when proper dosages and schedules are followed.

And now, offering even greater safety and convenience, we have the means to increase our levels of HGH, on our own, at home, by the use of secretogogues. Since secretogogues work by stimulating the pituitary gland to secrete more HGH in our bodies, we do not have to worry about the levels becoming too high. Because HGH is being produced and released by our own bodies, it is subject to our body's feedback loop and control mechanisms.

Given that appropriate exercise, proper diet, and adequate sleep all act as natural HGH releasers, an ideal program suggests that we put it all together. Certainly we can derive wonderful benefits from just the secretogogues alone, and that is the course chosen by some. But since exercise and sleep need not cost anything, and we have to buy food anyway, arguably the "best bang for the buck" would be to combine all of these elements into a program with secretogogues. In such a program, an individual would achieve the increased HGH levels induced by the secretogogues, augmented and enhanced still further by proper exercise, diet, and sleep.

Admittedly, this regime will not allow us to live forever, but it will almost certainty add many years to our lives, and add life to our years.
