Section VI
The Payoff

What we have described is not a hard program.

You take a few capsules (secretogogues) before bed.

You take a multivitamin that includes minerals with one of your meals (and additional supplements where required).

You engage in exercise that you enjoy about three times a week.

You eat and enjoy tasty, yet nutritious meals (without overeating), with a glass or two of red wine thrown in for good measure.

This is hardly a tough regimen. In fact, 80% of the world's population would love the chance to embrace such a program just for the food alone, because it would mean they would finally get enough to eat. For many, it would mean less exercise, not more. And it would mean a pleasurable kind of exercise, not pick and shovel exercise.

Also, this is a flexible and forgiving program.
