Mining The Mother Lode

We are all aware by now of the body's need for minerals such as calcium and iron.

If the importance of these minerals to the health of the body were to be put in mining terms,
we might say that they are part of the mother lode.

There are, however, other minerals, as well, that play an equally important part in the health of the body.
They too might be considered as part of the mother lode.

The three minerals we will look at include: selenium, magnesium, and chromium.

Given the health benefits these minerals bring to us, they are certainly worth our mining.
