Imedeen Imedeen is a new oral antioxidant treatment for photo aged skin as researched by Charles Lynde of the University of Toronto. It is a combination of antioxidants and is an example of future super-antioxidant products, one of which Dr.'s White and McLeod are currently developing to increase superoxide dismutase (S.O.D.) and catalase, perhaps the most important antioxidants in the cells. Dr. Ranjeet Chandra of Memorial University Canada, found that patients taking supplements of vitamins and trace minerals had significant improvement in recent memory, abstractability, problem solving and attention span. We have also studied our patients to find positive effects of combining antioxidant vitamins with statin drugs for those treated for cholesterol problems. The second of the Doctors' Secrets book trilogy: The Miracle of Antioxidants provides more detailed information about antioxidants and their future promise. | ||
