Section VI
A Simple, Easy Program

The program we are proposing here is not a difficult, costly, or prohibitive program. In fact, it is quite simple, and within the reach and capability of most people in North America today.

It begins with returning HGH levels to youthful levels. If this is done by using secretogogues, it means there will be no injections necessary, and no ongoing trips to a clinic. You simply take a few capsules just before bedtime that will stimulate the pituitary to release increased amounts of HGH after you fall asleep.

The second part - maintaining optimal levels of antioxidants in the body - is equally simple. Most of the antioxidants may be obtained from a top quality multi-vitamin supplement. To this, further supplements such as catalase and superoxide dismutase will soon be available.

The third part involves keeping to a clean sensible diet that includes sufficient protein, as well as a proper variety of fruits and vegetables. Add to this a pattern of not overeating, and you are near the end of the list.

Reduction of stress by relaxation techniques, proper hygiene, detoxification when necessary, getting in touch with your spiritual self, and you are almost done.

All that is left now, is a bit of exercise. Strengthening workouts in 30 minute sessions, done approximately every second day and now the program is complete.

These recommendations, although simple and relatively easy to follow, can add years - even decades - to your life.
More importantly, they increase immensely the prospect of having those extra years and decades filled with wellness and activity.
