Section VI
The Magnificent Seven Prescriptions for Wellness and Longevity
Prescription #1:
Hormone Replacement, particularly HGH

We have seen that hormone replacement is an extremely effective way of countering so many aspects of aging.

When we bring the hormones back to youthful levels, we bring much of our body chemistry back as well. Such a program, if begun before too much of the aging process has taken place, may not keep us alive forever. But the evidence does indicate that it may well extend our lives by another couple of decades. And it will give us those decades in relatively good health, in a body that will remain youthful and energetic.

All hormone replacement should be done under the care and monitoring of a medical doctor. This is especially so if there is a particular hormone deficiency such as thyroid hormone deficiency. Age reversal doctors or anti-aging physicians have a particular interest in the field which deals with maintaining correct hormonal balances. However, these services are not generally covered by many medical plans.

We have seen that one of the best ways of keeping the hormonal levels in the youthful range, and of keeping our cellular physiology in the youthful range, is by keeping our levels of HGH in a youthful range.

One of the simplest ways of doing that is by the use of secretogogues, which doesn't require a doctor.
We will recall that we can stimulate the pituitary to release more HGH and bring the levels back to those of bygone years by use of secretogogues.

These recommendations, although simple and relatively easy to follow, can add years - even decades - to your life.
More importantly, they increase immensely the prospect of having those extra years and decades filled with wellness and activity.
