The Beef (cont'd)

In a study done by F. Salomon et at, the amount of creatinine collected in a 24 hour period was higher after HGH therapy, indicating biochemically that an increase in muscle mass was taking place.

Again, we might liken this testing to the guy on the patio with the radio... but it is always nice to have scientific corroboration.

Happily, the agreement between science and the eye indicates that HGH does bring about bigger, stronger muscles. Moreover, as with fat loss, it produces this result without a change in diet or exercise.

One might imagine, however, that once people see the fat dropping away and the muscles growing and firming up, that it just might be the motivation needed to improve their dietary and exercise regime.

Because now, at last, they can see that progress is possible.
